1. Start your day with intention

2. Savour your morning drink
Whether it’s coffee, tea, or lemon water, really taste it. Feel the warmth, notice the flavour. No scrolling—just sipping.
3. Breathe deeply
Take three slow, deep breaths right now. Inhale peace, exhale tension. Feels good, right?
4. Walk barefoot outside
If you can, step onto grass or sand. Feel the earth under your feet. It’s grounding in the best way.
