Sharing my journey of living with major depression (and not knowing it until I was in my mid 30s!) and the tools, techniques and experiences I have had that has led me to where I am.
I have lived in so much fear and doubt - feeling as though I was unimportant and unworthy. If I can share what I have learned and am able to help someone else, then that is my goal.
It’s about rewiring your subconscious mind to see abundance, beauty and joy - instead of lack, limitation and depression.

Choosing to approach changing your life from an experimental and curious point of view - what could change if I focused on words of health, wellness, prosperity and power instead of words of disease, sickness, lack and debt?
Identifying and changing the beliefs that no longer serve you.
Making incremental upgrades to your life.
Experimenting with new points of view and beliefs.
Creating a totally different life through changing and upgrading beliefs and points of view.
